Berkey Water Filters Review

!±8± Berkey Water Filters Review

The Berkey range of water filters come in 7 different housing models, each one having unique and distinct features: the Berkey Light and Travel Berkey belonging to the outdoor filtration classification; the Big Berkey, Berkey Light with LED, Royal Berkey, Imperial Berkey and Crown Berkey belonging to the indoor filtration systems.

Perhaps the most interesting feature of the Berkey water filtration system is that it can completely function even without electricity and pressure. It can filter non-potable water and turn it into helathy, sparkling water. Berkey water systems are ultimately classified as water purifiers because of the magnitude of filtration it is capable of. Not having to use electricity to power the system makes the Berkey brand so economical and will be sure to generate more savings in the long run. The average cost of Berkey water is only 1.7 cents!

The Berkey system is ultra-modern and revolutionary, removing bacteria, parasites and chemicals without necessarily dumping healthy mineral content. The whole set up can be completed in about 5-10 minutes - for most, quick and easy installation accounts for a lot of plus points. Berkey Systems are covered by a 6 months manufacturers warranty and Black Berkey's are covered by a 2 year prorated manufacturers warranty.

One popular Berkey product is the portable Berkey water system. Many people are loving the Berkey Light and the Travel Berkey especially those who have active lifestyles. These portables can be brought on camping trips, picnincs, hunting trips, boating trips and other similar activities. These water filters are easily broken down and transported, weighing in between 8 to 13 pounds.

Berkey water filters seem to be a good choice for the home, especially for a family who is always on the go. Investing in this type of water filtration system is worth it because it comes out less expensive. Berkey is also a renowned brand in home filtration systems.
